When we talk about "Values Based Basketball", we are referring to the values that drive the development of the coaches and players on a team. These values are the common bonds that tie a team together and allow the greatest opportunity for success. The challenge in creating a shared vision within a team, or within life, is that we as individuals communicate values in our own distinct way. We essentially speak our own language!
